Question 1

What is DriverLink?

Accepted Answer

DriverLink is an on-demand restaurant-to-driver delivery management platform in the United Kingdom. It lets restaurants post delivery shifts, hire vetted drivers, track orders live, and automate driver earnings calculations.

Question 2

How does DriverLink work for restaurants?

Accepted Answer

Restaurants post a shift with hourly and mileage pay rates and the number of drivers needed. Nearby verified drivers accept the shift, deliveries are auto-assigned in round-robin order, restaurants track every order live, and each driver's earnings are calculated automatically when the shift completes.

Question 3

How do drivers get paid on DriverLink?

Accepted Answer

Drivers are paid per hour plus per mile, with any tips and adjustments split evenly across drivers. When multiple drivers share a shift, DriverLink calculates an equal per-driver share and creates a payment record automatically on shift completion.

Question 4

How much does DriverLink cost?

Accepted Answer

The Professional plan costs £70 per month and includes unlimited shifts, unlimited drivers, and unlimited deliveries. Restaurants can cancel anytime.

Question 5

Is DriverLink available in the UK?

Accepted Answer

Yes. DriverLink operates across the United Kingdom, connecting local restaurants with vetted delivery drivers for on-demand last-mile delivery.

Question 6

How does DriverLink verify drivers?

Accepted Answer

Every driver completes identity, driving licence, vehicle, insurance, and right-to-work checks. Once checks pass, the driver's profile is marked verified and becomes available to restaurants for shift assignments.
